To Clean your jewelry, use a dry cloth to wipe off dirt, water, etc.
Keep away from harsh chemicals like perfume and lotions, (apply them after you put on your jewelry piece) and also avoid completely dousing in water. 

Never wear your jewelry in the shower or in the pool to swim.

Remove your jewelry before exercise and before going to bed.
