All United States orders are shipped through USPS and have a delivery time of 5-8 days. 

Made to order items have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks!

Once shipped out, you will receive tracking information in the email you provided. If any address is incorrectly inputed, please contact me immediately through the contact page or via Instagram.
International orders shipping companies may vary and have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks.
*international orders may take longer than 4 weeks to be delivered from the US, if the package is returned to me, please wait for me to send it out again*

I AM NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, i have no control after i drop
off your order.
I do not issue refunds for this inconvenience.
I am also not responsible for damaged items in transit, full refunds are not provided, please contact me for options regarding your order.

Due to the nature of most of our products and hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Processing time can take up to 3-7 DAYS (excluding veils/bows) maximum, depending how busy i am, i am one person doing all of the packing and customer service! I highly appreciate your patience.
